Coconut oil and saving money? Oh yes! Nearly every household would have some coconut oil around the house. Whether it be in the kitchen or in the bathroom, they’re SOMEWHERE! Wonder why they’re everywhere? It’s because you can use them on basically ANYTHING!

From a wide range of cosmetic use to a variety of recipe needs, coconut oil is here whenever and wherever. They can be an alternative for basically anything, you can save money by just getting coconut oil!

Number 1: Hair

Are your hair looking a bit dull or have you been dyeing them a little bit too often? Coconut oil can be used to treat those dry and damaged hair! Not only that, they can also be used to prevent and treat dandruff, since they are caused by dry scalp!

Number 2: Dental Health

I know some people have tried making their own toothpaste using coconut oil, but if you don’t want to go that far in order to protect your teeth, then definitely try oil pulling with coconut oil.

I know oil pulling might sound fancy, I thought you literally pull oil in your mouth! It’s actually just swishing oil in your mouth! So grab yourself a bit of coconut oil and swish it for 10 minutes to reduce bacteria!

Number 3: Eczema

I don’t have eczema, but I have friends who do and they all said coconut oil helps them relieve it! It also helps with other things like dry skin or skin irritation, so give it a shot! No harm in trying!

Number 4: Make-up Remover

THIS is a hallelujah moment for many makeup users! I don’t use a lot of makeup, but my best friend is an expert in makeups and all I hear about is how expensive make-up removers can be! They can be a huge waste of money if they don’t work, where you have to apply it multiple times to work.

But for coconut oil, it does the same trick too! You can add coconut oil on your makeup and get them off easy peasy. I saw somewhere that it also works on waterproof make up too! My best friend now only uses coconut oil.

Number 5: Lose weight

I know oil and losing weight don’t usually go hand in hand, but apparently, coconut oil can help you burn fat and MAY help you lose some weight too! They are healthier than many other oils out there, so start adding them into your breakfast or drinks!

Here’s a great article on how coconut oil can help you lose some weight!

If you’ve got little kids around the house like me, then this is a must have! My siblings are obsessed with stickers and they stick them EVERY WHERE! On the chair, the cupboard, the wardrobe, the walls, the windows. You get the idea.

But it’s not that easy to remove once you find it 1000 years later! If that’s the case for you, then grab some coconut oil and spread a thin layer on the sticker! It’ll be easy to remove after that!

Number 15: Cooking oil!

I’m sure you’ll realise that coconut OIL can actually be used as regular cooking oil! If you don’t have any oil on you or if you want a healthier alternative, then go for coconut oil!
